Renting a Meeting Room/Equipment for holding a Video Conference
The Multimedia section at TNN provides a rental service of rooms for holding video Conference with any site, anywhere in the world.
TNN cooperates with international room rental companies. These companies has conference rooms in many places around the world and can organize multi-participant Video Conference around the globe.
TNN has a state-of-the-art, fully equipped meeting room that it rents to its customers, as follows:
Room description

The company’s meeting room is equipped with all the equipment necessary for holding a videoconference call, including projector, Plasma screen, electrical screen, amplifier and high quality speaker system.

The room is equipped with a command and control system enabling control by means of preprogrammed scenarios, for all the diverse range of equipment..

An elegant and professional room that seats up to 12.

Beverages and light refreshments will be served during the call.
Holding a Video Conference

Calls on ISDN lines or IP calls can be made.

A technician from TNN tests the communications with the remote party before the conference call is made (in coordination with the parties), and monitors the technical aspects of the call from beginning to end.

Room reservations must be coordinated with the company approximately two weeks in advance.

The reservation must include: details of the date and required call duration, the destination and the ISDN number of the destination or, alternatively, a remote IP address, the type of system at the destination system etc.

The cost of the call will be determined according to the type of communications, the destination, the actual duration of the call and the time of the call (renting the room during regular working hours or outside working hours).
